Executive Changes in LifeLock
December 12, 2008 – 3:01 pmLifeLock has made some executive changes within the Company. Andy Corbin is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has been promoted to role of president. He will remain the COO while holding the position of president. LifeLock has also added Rich Rzasa as the Chief Information Officer. Todd Davis well maintain the role of CEO but will also hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for LifeLock.
Andy Corbin has done a very impressive job as the COO, which combines operational and financial responsibilities. Andy will be applying his skills to the office of president.
The new comer Rich Rzasa was formally the CIO of TD Waterhouse, a provider of online financial services for people who like to control their own investing. Rzasa is an experienced information technology executive and has experience in financial services, retailing, and e-commerce. Rzasa has lead multi-disciplined IT teams to accomplish high quality and multi-faceted customer service support.
I think that the additions and repositioning of the executives at LifeLock is a good thing and is going to bring about good change. I feel that Rich Rzasa is a good fit for the CIO position and will improve LifeLock. Andy Cordin’s well deserve promotion as well is going to make LifeLock a better company.

I’m not sure who those two guys are but it seems like it’s a good plan. I like it when companies make changes to the executives makes me know that they care about changing the company.

Yeah I guess LifeLock wants to make sure that their executives don’t get too comfortable. I think it’s a good thing to not be too comfortable in your job. Makes you work harder I think.

I agree with Jeffrey. when those executive types get too comfortable they start to make dessions that benefits themselves instead of what’s good for the company.
