According to a new study Laredo is ranked 25th in the nation for identity theft. Latedo is located near the border of Mexico. According to studies identity theft is twice the national average in towns near the border. So lookout Laredo, and keep your information safe because identity theft is live a well in your city.
I am always talking about child identity theft and how you need to keep your children protected. Well, Alejo Madina 19, of Laredo, had his identity stolen at the age of 10. He is now trying to rectify the situation and cleanup the identity theft after the thief left him with $21,000 in unpaid back taxes over a 9-year span of time.
Situations like this one is the reason why you need to protect your children from identity theft. Starting off your adult life with bad credit can be very difficult. Children are just a likely to get their identity stolen and many times the theft goes unnoticed. How many 5 year olds check their credit report? How many parents do you know that would check it for them?

no offense to Laredo but I don’t think I could live there. Most of those small towns near the border have really bad crime and now you have to worry about the swine flu coming over the border.
