Malcolm Byrd has been arrested several times because some stole his identity and is committing crimes in Byrd's name. Byrd has been arrested not once, not twice, but three times because of the crimes of the identity theft.

The Fresno police department are looking for the people who broken into the KRM building and stole some computers. One of the computers,a laptop, had very sensitive information on it. The laptop had personal information on almost 5,700 city employees. The information on the computer dates back to 1973.
